As a Technical Support Engineer at a no-code website builder startup, I was responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues, debugging code, and assisting users in navigating obstacles encountered while using our platform.

  • Collaborating closely with customers via email and chat to address their concerns and provide timely solutions.

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

  • Offering guidance on best practices for utilizing our product effectively.

  • Working in tandem with the product and development teams to identify and swiftly address any bugs or issues.

  • Providing valuable feedback for potential platform enhancements.

  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation to empower users with readily accessible resources.
During my tenure, I consistently prioritized enhancing my technical skills and expanding my product knowledge, along with staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in the no-code space. Research Experience

Diabetes Prediction using Machine Learning Algorithms

Undergraduate Thesis

This study used machine learning to predict Diabetes Mellitus from patient health records. We found that Decision Tree and Random Forest algorithms worked well across different datasets. We learned that carefully preparing the data and selecting the right features are crucial for getting accurate predictions. These findings show that machine learning could help catch diabetes early. But we still need more research to make sure our results are solid and to try out other methods that might work even better.
